Uranium Exploration: Understanding Mineralization types and Interpreting Assay Results

Discovery Group is hosting its third seminar of the Educational Series meant to simplify the technical aspects of Mineral Exploration, give you the tools to read news releases, understand maps and fully evaluate what’s happening in the exciting uranium exploration sector.

When: December 5th, 2006, from 2:00PM until 3:00PM

Where: 4th floor of the YWCA at 535 Hornby Street, Vancouver, BC

Format: Rob Carpenter, President and CEO of Kaminak Gold Corporation (www.kaminak.com) will be the presenter of this installment in the series. Rob will talk to attendees about uranium mineralization types and interpreting assay results from uranium exploration programs.

Cost: $10 Donation to Water for People (http://www.waterforpeople.org) will be collecting a $10 donation at the door. Water for People is an organization that helps those in developing countries to improve their quality of life by developing locally sustainable drinking water, sanitation facilities and health and hygiene education programs. 

Q&A: A question and answer period will follow the presentation, where attendees can examine maps, and discuss the highlights with Rob Carpenter and other members of the Discovery Group team.
